Amid a period of transformation shaped by overlapping political and economic crises and the rapid expansion of AI, the need to build a cooperative global order has become increasingly pressing. This session aims to bring emerging scholars together to share research on security and international cooperation in an era of strategic competition, and to explore diverse approaches to strengthening collaboration at the global level.
