The number of registered disabled people in the province is increasing by 2% every year. According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare survey in 2017, more than 88% of registered disabled people are identified as acquired disabled people.
As such, the interest and desire for welfare for the disabled are increasing and diversifying every year, but it is our reality that we do not receive proper treatment for the basic rights of the disabled, such as health rights, living rights, labor rights, education rights, movement rights, walking rights, and cultural enjoyment rights. This session will discuss the following matters in order to create an environment for people with disabilities to live together in the community without inconvenience through various perspectives and information sharing both at home and abroad
