Yongho SHIN began his career working at the Research Institute of the Differently Abled Persons’ Rights in Korea (RIDRIK), an NGO that supports the disabled, for 20 years. He has been serving as a director at the MOHW since 2018, focusing on community participation, disability discrimination, facilities, and international cooperation. Currently heads the Department of Human Rights Support for the Disabled at the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Mr. SHIN received a master's degree in Social Welfare from Chung-Ang University.
