As confrontation between countries and regions intensifies and political and economic conflicts between regions escalate, cooperation and solidarity between cities and regions are becoming more important than ever. The Global Peace Cities Solidarity(Jeju-Osnabrück-Verdun-Okinawa), signed to find significance in that it can improve diplomatic relations by strengthening exchanges and cooperation between cities and easing confrontations between countries, has a task for the development of main issues. The vision for building an international cooperation body representative PEACE agenda in the global society beyond the simple solidarity is shared and discussed.
