Ms. KIM Ae-Sook was born in Jocheon, Jeju City in 1964. She has been doing a wide variety of experience as a local government employee. She was exclusively appointed as Lieutenant Governor for the first time in Jeju. She has been doing a lot of import position within Jeju Provincial Government such as Social & Education Director in Human Resource Development Institute, Director of General Affairs Department in Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial Council, Director General of Tourism Bureau in Jeju Provincial Government and Secretary General of Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial Council. Based on her abundant experience of administration she has been building a great network.
