In order for Jeju Island to become a hub for global peace, trade, and cultural exchange as a free international city, a special peace-economic zone can be the next step. This session discusses how to transform Jeju Island into a special peace-economic zone. By researching cases and experiences of special economic zones around the world, we also plan to discuss the possibility of creating the <World Special Zones Forum> hosted by Jeju Island.
