Won Dong Wook is a professor of Dept. of China Studies at Dong-A University. His main research fields are China\'s diplomacy and Northeast Asian cooperation, and he served as the president of The Korea Academic Association of Contemporary Chinese Studies. Recently he is conducting research on China\'s foreign strategy and Asian countries\' countermeasures in a situation where checks and blockades against China are being strengthened due to the recent intensifying strategic competition between the US and China. His representative books and paper works include \"New Geopolitics of Eurasian Silk Road\", “China\'s Peripheral Diplomacy during the Xi Jinping Period” etc.
