This session aims to examine women’s work issues in changing work environments and to find alternative measures for new jobs and work conditions for the future.
The expansion of digital technology and ensuing changes in daily life, accelerated by Covid-19 since 2020, may have brought about conveniences and economic prosperity on the one hand, but they have also amplified economic polarization among social groups and revealed social structural problems such as women’s poverty and unstable work conditions.
In this session, we would like to address issues about inclusive growth and women’s work in the global environment, and measures for women’s work policies in relation to the transition to the digital environment, changes in women’s jobs, and alternative modes of organizational culture for the coming future.
