This session aims to examine the geopolitical significance of NATO–IP4 cooperation and to highlight the role of South Korea in an evolving security environment. Specifically, it explores ways to expand NATO–IP4 cooperation beyond traditional diplomatic, security, and economic domains into non-traditional areas such as cyber security, supply chain resilience, and emerging technologies. It also reviews the diplomatic role that South Korea can play as a global security partner and seeks practical avenues for strengthening the linkage between Indo-Pacific and European security.
