The Seoul Consensus proposed in the 2010 G20 Summit in Korea proposed the new development cooperation paradigm, focusing on the enhancing capabilities of the global South. It is now a time to expand and renew further this approach in this new era of de-globalization. As each country endorses new waves of industrial policy, new mode of development cooperation may also engage with this new discourse, focusing on development of various resource-based processing type manufacturing.
