Dilshodjon RAKHMONOV is a Doctor of Economics (2018) and a Professor (2020), specializing in finance, monetary circulation, and credit, with extensive experience in these fields. He currently serves as the Head of the Research and Innovation Department at Tashkent International University. Previously, he worked as a Dean at the same university, as Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Tashkent State University of Economics, and as Dean of a joint faculty with IMC Krems University. Throughout his career, he has implemented several significant scientific and practical projects, including initiatives focused on poverty reduction, improving the financing of the social sector, and developing online banking services. Additionally, within the framework of Erasmus+ programs, he has completed international training programs in Sweden, the Netherlands, Latvia, India, and Turkey. His research focuses on finance, the social sector, education, and innovation, and has been published in various international journals, including Sustainability, Global Journal of Management and Business Research, and Eurasian Journal of Economics and Finance. He has also participated in and organized numerous international conferences. Dr. RAKHMONOV is a member of the editorial board of the Applied Economics and Finance journal and an active member of several scientific councils and expert groups. His academic, pedagogical, and administrative activities contribute significantly to the development of financial knowledge in Uzbekistan.
