Recently in Korea, beautiful villages like Darrangi Village in the South Sea, German Village and Bookchon korean Village in Seoul, as well as tourist attractions everywhere in Korea and abroad are welcoming tourists. In Italy, a small coastal town on the Mediterranean coast, Cinque Terre also used to produce wine from fishing and small vineyards produced by coastal cliffs, but now it is one of Europe's busiest vacation spots all year round.
However, as large cruise ships docked at nearby ports and low-cost tourist arrivals began to flow in large numbers, the small coastal village exceeded physical and ecological capacity, eventually controlling vehicles and tourists to the national park and receiving only a day's adequate accommodation tourists.
In order to maintain the tourism industry in the region with only these small tourists, Slow City system is being introduced and developed into a specialized tourist destination through local food and specialized food, preservation of the construction style of the fishing village, and maintenance and protection of the scenery of the coastal cliff section.
Therefore, for the Pandemics Era, through these examples, we would like to set the stage for discussions among Korean and foreign scholars on ways to maintain the traditional culture of Jeju Island's unique fishing village surrounded by the sea and to create tourism resources for the specialized coastal landscape village.
