Born in Daegu in 1967, President Ki-young Kim graduated from Hongik University's Department of Architecture. He joined Baum Architecture in 1994 and has been working as an architect for Baum Architecture for 26 years. Starting with Songdo Convensia in 2003, Kangwon Land Casino Resort, Chuncheon Legoland Resort, etc., He has been carrying out mid- to large-scale projects in Korea. Participated in many resort development projects in Jeju Island, and participated in the master plan and project approval of the currently suspended Berjaya Jeju Resort, and the implementation design of the first stage Gotjawal Village. The design of large-scale resorts in Jeju Island such as medical resorts is currently in progress. The completed architectural works include the Jeju Branch of the National Health Insurance Management Corporation of the 2016 Jeju Architecture Awards and Samhwa Elementary School, an excellent facility school in 2014.
