In a world where we are seeing more and more alliance blocks led by the U.S. in emerging and critical technologies, a country’s science and technology level is a crucial factor in determining whether it can be part of any technology alliance block and whether it can coexist with other countries.
However, this could also be used as a diplomatic opportunity to embrace the developing countries that are lagging behind, and now is the time to start thinking about how to make use of this opportunity.
In this session, participants will explore win-win strategies for maintaining cooperation between Korea and leading countries in quantum, climate, space, and bio technologies and discuss cooperation models to foster inclusive coexistence between Korea and developing economies.
