OH Hee Young is the CEO of the JUSPEACE Foundation and Director of ESG, Education, and Arts at Galaxy Corporation. She has built extensive experience in cultural planning and public-interest initiatives, connecting the arts, social value, and support for young creators. Her previous roles include positions at the Seongnam Cultural Foundation, the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute, and the 123 Sabi Craft Cluster in Chungcheongnam-do. She has also served as Co-Representative of Annyeong Society and CEO of Mosaic Impact. Through initiatives such as the “Save the Yellow-throated Marten” endangered species donation campaign, she has contributed to raising awareness of biodiversity and social responsibility. In this session, she will discuss how art can inspire public empathy and action in response to the climate crisis, and how creative public-interest platforms can empower young artists to engage in climate action.
