In the session, experts from various fields are having a chance to talk about the current status and issues of infrastructure building in South and North Korea respectively and share opinions about future directions for cooperation and development. This session will also look at the cases and take lessons from infrastructure construction by the time of unification of Germany and seek wisdoms from a distinguished German expert. It is not yet known when full-fledged cooperation would be able to begin due to the international community's sanctions on North Korea, but the session will deeply explore the most reasonable ways to develop infrastructure for the prosperity on the Korean Peninsula through the currently possible range of discussion.

이 세션에서는 지난 70년간 서로 다른 체제와 환경 속에서 진행되어 온 남한과 북한의 인프라 건설에 대해각 분야의 전문가가 참여하여 현황과 문제점, 의견을 교환하고 미래의 협력 및 발전 방향을 모색해 보는 기회를 갖는다. 또한 독일의 전문가를 통해 독일이 통일하면서 경험한 인프라 건설의 사례와 교훈을 살펴보고 한반도 인프라 건설에 대한 조언을 들어본다. 아직 국제사회의 대북제재로 본격적인 협력의 시작 시기는 알 수 없지만, 현재 가능한 범위의 논의를 통해 한반도 번영을 위한 인프라 건설 발전 방향과 방안을 진지하게 모색해 보고자 한다.
