In order to establish a new Korea-Japan relationship, it is necessary to understand the current status of various non-governmental exchanges between Korea and Japan, examine the domestic and external environments and conditions of two countries, and enhance mutual understanding between Korea and Japan and seek ways for desirable the non-governmental exchanges.

새로운 한일관계 구축을 위해 한일 간에 이루어지고 있는 다양한 민간교류 현황을 점검하고, 양국이 처한 국내외적인 환경과 여건을 살펴보며, 이에 대한 상호 이해 제고와 이를 바탕으로 한 바람직한 민간 교류 방안을 모색해 본다.
