This session is designed to discuss and share some of the best practices, ideas and challenges of empowering women as leaders in the public and private sectors by inviting experts from the UN Women, Korean Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Center for Creative Leadership and National Women’s Education Center of Japan. <BR><BR>여성 리더십 양성에 관한 국내외 전문가들을 초청해 여성 리더십 역량 강화와 조직관리 노하우를 살펴보고 한국의 중간관리자 육성 프로그램인 ‘여성 인재아카데미’ 교육 현황, 일본국립여성교육센터의 차세대 여성 리더십 프로그램과 창조적리더십센터(CCL) 아시아·태평양지부 사례 발표를 통해 한국 상황에 적합한 민간·공공부문 여성 리더십 모델을 모색해 본다.
