Amidst the intensifying competition between the US and China, the Global South has become a key player with significant influence in addressing critical geopolitical and geoeconomic challenges including climate change. This roundtable discussion brings together ambassadors from the Global South countries leading the way in tackling global issues, alongside ambassadors from the Global North countries that are actively collaborating with the Global South. The objective of this session is to delve into the role of the Global South as partners for peace and prosperity, engaging in deliberations on how to collectively address the world's most pressing challenges.
