This session will be organized by the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UN DPPA) and Northeast Asian youth peacebuilders. In the session, participants will discuss ways to foster constructive diplomacy and improve regional relations via education and digital literacy initiatives and opportunities for collaboration, emphasizing the intersectional and inclusive approach to peacebuilding with voices of youth, women, persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups. This entails informing emerging regional narratives and futures via collaborative outlooks and having more opportunities for cross-border engagement, including on transnational climate, energy, and disaster risk related issues. The session will include a soft launch of a youth-proposed regional learning program for crowd-testing with the audience.
