Civil Society’s Actions Post COVID-19

With the spread of COVID-19 that has hit the world, each country has been carrying out urgent actions to protect the lives and safety of its own people.
As the COVID-19 outbreak is having a shock comparable to that of war in each country, the response of each country also reveals the fundamental problems of its own.
1) How is the relationship between civic safety and human rights established in each country, and how should they be harmonized?
2) Is the increasing trend of isolationism and nationalism inevitable?
3) How can this trend contribute to the global safety, human rights, and common prosperity of people around the world and people in different countries?
4) What virtues should individual citizens have for the harmony of safety and human rights?
5) What role should civil society play for this?
By discussing these issues in-depth, we intend to contribute to the current actions and prepare for future actions.
