Jae-Kyo Lee, a lawyer and university professor who served as a judge in the Republic of Korea, has been active since taking office as a representative of the 『Zeitgeist』, a civic group, in 2012. The 『Zeitgeist』 has been a representative right-wing civic group in Korea that was launched in 2004 as 『Liberty Union』, and emphasized a free market economy, the importance of a small government, and a movement to get to know North Korea. This movement was called “new-right”. The 『Zeitgeist』 published a bimonthly journal, 『Zeitgeist』, and conducted a civil movement with a deep ideology. Related books include Co-author “Useful Lies of Fools” (2006), ``The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions Going Backwards'' (2007) and ``Thinking Human Rights'' (2012).

이재교는 대한민국의 판사를 역임한 대학교수로서 2012년 (사)시대정신의 대표로 취임한 이후 현재까지 활동하고 있다. (사)시대정신은 2004년 『자유주의연대』로 출범한 한국의 대표적인 우파 시민운동단체로서 자유시장경제와 작은 정부의 필요성, 북한바로알기 운동을 벌였고, 이는 뉴라이트운동으로 불리었다. (사)시대정신은 격월간으로 기관지 『시대정신』을 발간하면서 사상적으로 깊이 있는 시민운동을 하였다. 관련 저서로는 공저 『쓸모있는 바보들의 거짓말』 (2006) 『거꾸로가는 민노총』(2007) 『인권을 생각한다』(2012) 등이 있다.
