Followed by the third Joint Committee, the Korea-China Climate Change Cooperation Seminar is to be held, focusing on Climate Change and Forests, Climate Change and Co-benefits, and Carbon Market with the participation of the two countries’ climate change negotiators and experts. This will be an opportunity to introduce the two countries’ domestic policies, share general reflections on the current climate change negotiations, and explore possible Korea-China cooperation areas. This seminar is expected to strengthen not only the climate change cooperation between the two but also the momentum for the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
