Feng Liu is a Deputy Director of the Department of Climate Change, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China. He began working for the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in 2009. Before serving at the NDRC, he worked for China Shenhua Energy Company. He received his Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University in China and his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Information Systems from Peking University in China.
