The 'America First' foreign policies of the U.S. based on Trump's characteristic negotiation strategies and the 'China Dream' envisioned by President Xi would heighten the possibility of the total transformation of the global order. North Korea's ongoing efforts to develop nuclear weapons and ICBMs would, also, increase the chances to alter the strategic landscapes of North East Asia and the Korean Peninsula. These possible changes would require numerous negotiations for either peace promotion or conflict prevention. The era of negotiations would, soon, arrive. Bearing these developments in mind, this session would try to identify important negotiation issues the Korean diplomacy would face and seek the necessary measures to improve the negotiation capabilities of Korea.
