Kim, Hong-Kook was born in Korea. He holds bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from Yonsei University, KDI Graduate School, and Kyonggi University. He has served as an adjunct professor at Kyonggi University as well as vice president of KANS(Korea Association of Negotiation Study) since 2009. He published many papers and books on how to analyze and develop leadership and Negotiation power in politics.
