As history illustrates, the rise of a new global power in the international order has often led to hegemonic wars. In this regard, the world is carefully watching the rise of China, as well as US-China relations, with the utmost attention. In this session, panelists will offer their insights on the possibilities of war for such a change to the international political and economic order of the future. Panelists will also present their views on how this transition could affect the Korean Peninsula, and be peacefully accommodated throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
