A smart city is a key stone for a sustainable and inclusive city that pursues the improvement of the environment and public services and efficient use of resources by utilizing new ICTs in various areas. Moreover, it’s significant to have an open platform where major technologies and services in the 4th industrial revolution can be applied. While it’s making headlines for future models of city development, it’s required to establish governance with cooperation between civil and public sectors to ensure its success.
