Biography

Ambassador CHOI brings over two decades of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience spanning telecommunications, fintech, advertising, marketing, hospitality, natural health, and education. He has founded and chaired several successful enterprises, including Nanatel, Ultracom, PaySwitch, One Heart Africa Academy, Art Africa Foundation, and Village Welfare Foundation. He has also served on the boards of Xist Investment, Sanaa Africa Foundation (Kenya), and Kumi University (Uganda).
His innovative leadership and contributions to the African business ecosystem have earned him recognition among Ghana’s most influential figures in fintech and entrepreneurship. He has been a featured speaker at major international platforms such as the Ghana CEO Summit, Korea-Africa Business Summit, Digital Business Summit, United Web Summit, and Ishmael Yamson Round Table.
Ambassador CHOI is also deeply engaged in philanthropy and humanitarian initiatives. He regularly leads mission outreach programs focused on youth empowerment, education, and rural development. His commitment to national representation was notably reflected in his instrumental role in supporting Ghana’s participation in the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, where he served as Deputy Head of Mission, sponsoring Ghana’s sole athlete and assisting the Ghana Olympic Committee with international affiliation obligations.
