Biography

Based in Hong Kong and Singapore, Ms. PORSCHE spent more than 10 years working and living in Asia. First, she worked for the leading Asian investment bank (Peregrine) in corporate finance and later Asset Management and was involved in several IPOs throughout Asia. Commuting between Europe and Asia, she advised institutional investors as well as High Net worth Individuals on their Asian investments and was head of Asset Management in Europe.
During the Asian financial crisis, Ms. PORSCHE bought a media company in Singapore. Early 2000, Ms. PORSCHE sold her stake to a Nasdaq-listed company based in Hong Kong and returned to Europe, where together with Horst Teltschik (Former Foreign Policy and Security Advisor to former Chancellor Kohl) she built one of the leading political and economic advisory boutiques with the focus on Asia and Eastern Europe.
She has acted as an Advisor to various Government Agencies and multinationals and was the Representative of the CFIE (China Federation of Industrial Economics) in Europe. Ms. PORSCHE is founder and chairwoman of the thinktank “Global Neighbours, the European forum on Asia, China and beyond”. Co-founders are former Austrian Chancellor Christian Kern and former German Vice Chancellor Philipp Roesler.
