Biography
LIM Jeong Kwan received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Sogang University and his J.D. from Albany Law School in the United States. He has served as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Social Sciences, Sogang University; a Visiting Research Fellow at the Gyeonggi Research Institute; a Specialist Officer for Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation in Gyeonggi Province; and Secretary-General of the Northeast Asia Peace Economy Association. He has published numerous articles on inter-Korean exchange and cooperation and international relations. His translated works include 『The Heartland: Mackinder’s Geopolitics and the Geographical Pivot of History』 and 『Geography Is Destiny』. He is also a co-author of 『A Greater Republic of Korea Opened by ‘Great Diplomacy’』. He currently serves as Director of Planning at the Institute for National Security Strategy.
