Dr. JANG Se Ho serves as the Director of International Affairs Studies at INSS. His distinguished career includes several advisory and evaluative roles within the government of South Korea, such as the Presidential Committee on Northern Economic Cooperation, the Ministry of Unification, the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, and the State Affairs Planning Committee for the LEE Jae-myung administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in political Science from Chosun Univ. and earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from St-Petersburg State Univ. in Russia. His primary research focus encompasses Russian domestic Politics, foreign policy, and Korea-Russia Relations.
