David P. Fidler is the James Louis Calamaras Professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Senior Fellow at the Indiana University Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research. He is an internationally recognized expert on international law, cybersecurity, and cyberspace. Currently, Professor Fidler is a Visiting Fellow for Cybersecurity at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C., where he blogs for Net Politics. He is the editor of and a contributor to the forthcoming book,The Snowden Reader (Indiana University Press, 2015). Professor Fidler earned degrees at the University of Kansas, University of Oxford, and Harvard Law School.
