Lee Sang-Hyun was born in 1963 in South Chungcheong Province. He holds bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from Seoul National University, Michigan University, and Harvard University. He has served as a professor at Myongji University since 2003. It published a number of papers and books on how to analyze and develop the city. Some of the most popular articles include (2012 Best Paper Prize, Architectural Institute of Korea) and some of the major books include (2012 Today's book of NAVER, 2012 Excellent book of the year by Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism), .


이상현은 1963년 대한민국 충남 출생이다. 서울대학교와 미국 미시간 대학교, 하바드 대학교에서 학사, 석사, 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 2003년 이후 명지대학교 건축대학 교수로 재직 중이다. 도시 분석 및 개발 방법에 관한 다 수의 논문과 저서를 발간하였다. 대표적인 논문으로는 (2012년 건축학회 논문상 수상)이 있으며, 대표 저작으로는 <길들이는 건축 길들여진 인간>(2013년 Naver 오늘의 책, 2013년 문화관광부 우수교양도서), <라운징>이 있다.
