약력
1980년 통산성 입성 후, 유통 산업과, 유럽과, 대신비서관 등을 거치고, 88년~91년 말레이지아 주재(일본 대사관)에서는 APWC의 창설과 관계된다. 1998년 초대 신규 산업 과장(벤처진흥 담당), 이 때에, NASDAQ 유치 등 장외시장 개혁, 스톡옵션, PFI법의 제정을 담당하였다. 2002년 통상 정책국 아시아 대양주 과장, 그 후 통상 금융·경제협력 과장, 내각 관방 내각 참사관(지적 재산 전략 추진 사무국), 07년 경제 산업성 중국 경제 산업국장, 08년~09년 대신관방 심의관 퇴임후, 도쿄 공업대학, 와세다 대학에서 특임교수를 현재까지 맡고 있다. 2016년 6월부터 21년 7월까지 일반 재단법인 일중 경제 협회 전무이사, 중국의 공산당 간부, 경제인과 교류. 매년 일중 경제 협회, 경단련, 일본 상공회의소 합동 방중 미션을 비서장으로서 사무 총괄해오고 있으며, 21년 7월부터 일중 경제 협회는 퇴임하여, SMBC 닛코 증권 특별 고문으로 취임(중국·한국전략담당, 스타트 업 벤처기업 지원, ESG 투자, 해상 풍력등의 자금 조달 방법, 산업 조사등을 담당).

After entering the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in 1980, he went through the distribution industry, Europe, and Daishin secretaries, and was related to the creation of the APWC in Malaysia (Japanese Embassy) from 1988 to 1991. In 1998, he was in charge of reforming the over-the-counter market, including attracting NASDAQ, as well as enacting the Stock Options and PFI Act.
He has served as a special professor at Tokyo National University of Technology and University of Waseda since he retired from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry\'s Asia Oceania in 2002, and then the Cabinet Secretary for Financial and Economic Cooperation (Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion in 2007. From June 2016 to July 21, he exchanged with the executive director of the Japan - China Economic Association, Communist Party officials in China, and businessmen. Every year, the Japan-China Economic Association, Gyeongdanryeon, and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce have been in charge of secretary-general, and since July 21, the Japan-China Economic Association has retired as a special advisor to SMBC Nikko Securities.
