약력
국립외교원 경제통상개발연구부 부교수로서 국제법센터 책임교수를 맡고 있다. 고려대학교 국제학부, 국제대학원과 한국외국어대학교 LD학부에서 강의하였고, SSK 인권포럼 연구교수로 활동한 바 있다. 아울러 미국 펜실베니아 대학 로스쿨에서 박사를 받은 후, Human Rights Quarterly, University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, Journal of International Criminal Justice 등에 논문을 등재하였다.
Seunghyun Nam is Associate Professor at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy and Head of Center for International Law. She has previously taught at the Graduate School of International Studies and Division of International Studies at Korea University and the Division of Language and Diplomacy at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and served as Research Professor for the SSK Human Rights Forum. She received her SJD from the University of University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Fulbright scholarship, and her Master’s in Law (Magister Juris) from Oxford University and Korea University, and Bachelor of Law from Korea University. Her research interests lie in the intersection of global governance and international human rights law, business and human rights, and new technology, and has published articles in the Human Rights Quarterly, University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, Journal of International Criminal Justice with a forthcoming article in the Journal of Human Rights.
