약력
윤동한은 1947년 경남 창녕 출생으로 대한민국 최초의 화장품 ODM 기업 한국콜마의 회장이다. 1990년 한국콜마 창립 후 화장품, 건기식, 의약품까지 사업을 확대하며 연 매출 2조 5천억원 규모의 글로벌 뷰티&헬스 기업으로 성장시켰다. “어려운 상황에서도 우직하게 목표를 향해 꾸준히 간다”란 의미의 우보천리(牛步千里) 정신을 핵심 경영철학이자 삶의 큰 지혜로 강조하고 있다. 기업활동 외에 성웅 이순신 장군의 리더십 전파에도 열정을 쏟고 있다. 이순신의 호를 딴 여해재단을 설립해 이순신 학교를 운영하고 있으며, <80세 현역 정걸 장군>, <조선을 지켜낸 어머니> 등 이순신이 성웅이 되기까지 도움을 준 인물들을 조명한 저서 활동에도 나서고 있다.
