약력
이규창은 고려대학교에서 법학박사학위를 수여받고 2007년부터 통일연구원에 재직하고 있다. 주요 연구분야는 남북관계 및 통일 관련 법적 문제이다. 통일부, 법무부, 법제처, 대법원의 통일법제 관련 위원회에 참여하고 있다. 최근에는 재해재해, 기후변화, 보건의료 등 남북인도협력과 DMZ 평화적 이용 연구에 천착하고 있다. ＜북한 재난협력 방안과 과제＞(2017) 등의 저서와 “DMZ 평화적 이용에 관한 국제법적 쟁점과 과제” (2021) 등의 논문이 있다.
Kyu Chang Lee graduated from Korea University Law College and hold a post in Korea Institute for National Unification(KINU) since 2007. Lee's major field of study is legal issues concerning Inter-Korean Relation and Unification of Korean Peninsular. He is unification legislation committee member of ROK's ministry of Unification, ministry of justice, ministry of legislation and Supreme Court. In recent years, Lee have reseached Inter-Korean humanitarian cooperation and peaceful use of Korean DMZ.
