약력
이석원 교수는 대한민국의 서울대학교 행정대학원 교수로 재직 중이며, 2014년 이후로는 서울대학교 국제개발협력평가 센터를 이끌고 있다. 이석원 교수는 2002년부터 서울대학교 교수로 근무하기 시작했으며, 근무 기간 동안 정부에서 의뢰하는 수많은 정책분석 및 평가 연구 프로젝트를 수행해왔다. 뿐만 아니라 지난 20년 동안 수많은 정부 위원회에서 자문 역할을 수행해 왔는데, 2017년부터는 대통령 직속 저출산고령사회 위원회 기획위원으로 활동해 오고 있다. 근래에는 전주시 노인통합돌봄 서비스 사업에 대한 평가연구들을 책임연구자로서 성공적으로 완수한 바 있으며, 근래에 들어서는 스마트 시티 기술 및 노인 돌봄과 관련한 이슈에 중점을 둔 연구 프로젝트에 참여하고 있다. 이들 프로젝트에는 한국건강증진개발원의 「디지털헬스 기반 만성질환관리 O2O 서비스 모형 개발 및 실증연구」, 「ICT 연계기반 건강정보공유를 통한 전주시 건강의료안전망 모델 개발 및 실증연구」가 포함되어 있다. 이석원 교수는 Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University에서 정책학 박사, 서울대학교 행정대학원에서 행정학 석사, 서울대학교 국제경제학과에서 경제학사를 취득하였다.
Suk-Won Lee is a Professor of Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University in South Korea. Since 2014, he has been leading the Center for International Development Evaluation (CIDE) of Seoul National University. He joined Seoul National University in 2002, where he has conducted numerous individual and governmental research projects on various issues of policy analysis and evaluation. During the past 20 years, he also has served as a member of many different government committees From 2017, he has been serving as a Planning Committee member of Presidential Committee of Ageing Society and Population Policy. Recently he led a number of governmental research projects on evaluation of integrated care services for elderly people in the city of Jeoun-Ju. Currently, he participates in the research projects focusing on the issue of smart city technology and elderly health care, to name a few, “O2O Service Model for Chronic Disease Care based on Digital Technology” and “Health and Medical Safety Net Model through ICT-connected Information Sharing.” He holds a Ph. D. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University, and a Masters and a Bachelor from Seoul National University.
