약력
루루이는 10년 동안 중국 언론인으로 활동해왔으며 현재 중국 관영 신화통신 서울지국장 대행을 맡고 있다. 2014년부터 3년 가까이 평양 주재 특파원으로 근무했고 2017년에 서울 주재 특파원으로 근무시작했다.
그는 지금 주로 남북관계, 중한관계, 동북아 안보 등 분야에 집중하여 취재 활동을 펼치고 있다. 중한일 3국 협력을 적극 지지하며 언론 보도를 통해서 3국 국민들, 특히 젊은 세대들 사이의 상호 이해를 증진시키고 오해를 완화시키기 위해 항상 노력하고 있다.
LU RUI, who has been working in media and journalism for ten years, is now acting chief correspondent at Seoul bureau for Xinhua News Agency, China’s state-run news service. Before coming to Seoul in October 2017, he used to be a correspondent in Pyongyang for three years.
He now writes stories mainly focused on inter-Korean relations, relations between South Korea and China, and security concerns facing Northeast Asia. An advocate for trilateral cooperation, he endeavors to eliminate misconception and promote mutual understanding between peoples, in particular the young generations from China, South Korea and Japan through media coverage.
