알둘칼레끄 압둘라 박사는 전 아랍사회과학원장을 역임한 아랍에미리트 국적의 정치학 은퇴 교수이다. 그는 10년간 샤르자의 걸프연구소장으로 일하고, 걸프 포럼 집행위원회의 회원직을 수행했다. 조지타운 대학교 정치학과에서 박사학위를 취득하고, 조지타운 대학교 현대아랍연구소에서 풀브라이트 방문 학자로 근무했다. 주요 연구분야는 걸프와 아랍세계의 이슈이다. Gulf Movement (2019년 출판)를 포함해 수 권의 저서를 출간하고, 50편 이상의 논문을 발표했다.
Dr. Abdulkhaleq Abdulla is a UAE national. He is a retired professor of Political Science and former Chairman of the Arab Council for Social Science. He served as director of Gulf Research Unit, Sharjah for ten years and member of the Executive council of the Gulf Forum. He holds PhD in Political science from Georgetown University. He was a Fulbright Scholar and a visiting professor at the Center from Contemporary Arab Studies, Georgetown University. His research interests include issues in the Gulf and the Arab World. He is the author of several books including the Gulf Movement 2019. He has published more than 50 articles, the latest are the Rise of the UAE as a Middle East Power House 2021, Civic Culture and the Peak of Globalization 2020.
