더글라스 풀러 교수는 홍콩시티대학 아시아·국제학부의 부교수이다. 그의 연구 분야로는 국제정치경제, 기술정책 등이 있다. 주요 저서로는 『Paper Tigers, Hidden Dragons: Firms and the Political Economy of China’s Technological Development』등이 있다. 그는 매사추세츠공과대학교(MIT)에서 박사학위를 취득했다.
Dr. Douglas B. Fuller is an Associate Professor in the Department of Asian and International Studies at City University of Hong Kong. He holds a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT). His work spans political economy of development, international political economy and technology policy. He is the author of Paper Tigers, Hidden Dragons: Firms and the Political Economy of China’s Technological Development (OUP 2016, 2019).
