Dr. Se-chang Ahn is the current Director General of the Climate Change Policy Bureau at the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Director General of the National Institute of Biological Resources. Upon starting his career at the Ministry of Environment, he has held many important posts in transportation environment, environmental industry, chemicals management and environmental health. He also served as the Administrative Officer at the Office of the President and the Counsellor at the Korean Embassy in Kenya. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of Delaware in U.S. and a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from Yonsei University in Korea.

안세창 국장은 1969년 5월 출생으로 현재 환경부 생활환경정책실 기후변화정책관으로 활동중이다. 연세대학교 화학공학과를 졸업하고 Uni. of Delaware에서 토목환경공학과 박사학위를 취득하였다. 이전에는 국립생물자원관에서 생물자원활용부장으로 활동하였고, 환경보건정책관실에서 화학제품관리과장과 환경보건정책과장을 역임하였다. 또한 청와대 행정관 및 외교부 주케냐공화국 대한민국 대사로 활동한 바 있다.
