Jongryn Mo is a professor of international political economy at Graduate School of International Studies. He served as the dean of Underwood International College at Yonsei University. He is also research fellow at the Hoover Institution. Prior to joining Yonsei, he was an assistant professor of government at the University of Texas at Austin. His field of specialization is in international political economy, East Asian development, political economics, and political bargaining. 모종린 교수는 연세대학교 국제대학원 국제정치경제학을 가르치고 있다. 연세대학교 언더우드 국제대학 학장을 지냈으며 국제 현안과 미국의 국내외 정치, 경제 문제를 심도있게 분석하는 후버 연구소의 연구원이기도하다. 그는 연세대학교의 교수직을 맡기 전 텍사스대학교 오스틴의 정치학과 조교수를 지냈다. 그의 주요 연구분야는 경제발전론과 세계화이다. 대표 저서로는 2013년 하바드대학교 출판부가 출판한 <한국발전론: 정치경제 불균형 극복의 동학>이 있다. 2008년 이후 정책연구를 통해 한국 발전 논의에 참여하고 있으며 대학 격차, 외국인 투자, 영어 교육, 이민, 지역 발전 등을 주제로 한국 사회의 다양성과 개방성 제고에 필요한 정책을 연구하고 있다.
