약력
김인환은 1962년 8월 10일 제주도 조천에서 출생하여 제주지식산업진흥원 초대원장을 지냈다. 국회 과학기술정보통신상임위원회 정책전문위원과 고양지식정보산업진흥원장, 지역sw산업발전협의회장을 역임하였다. smartCity@Malta(2017), 제주 스마트그리드실증사업(2009), 고양 스마트시티실증사업(2016), 서울 스마트시티특구사업(2018)등 현장경험을 가지고 있으며, 최근에는 서울대학교 아시아에너지환경지속가능발전연구소(AIEES)에서 적정기술과 스마트시티분야에 대한 강의 및 연구를 수행하고 있다. 특히 디자인씽킹과 리빙랩 등 시민주도의 기술혁신과 사회적 수용성을 4차산업혁명과 연계하여 포용과 공유경제 등 사회적 경제에 접목하는데 관심을 갖고 있다.
Kim In-hwan was born in Jocheon, Jeju in 1962 and served as the first director of the Jeju Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency. He served as a Policy Specialist for the National Assembly Science and Technology Information and Communications Standing Committee, Chairman of the Goyang Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency, and Chairman of the regional sw industrial development consultation.
He has experience in fields such as smartCity @Malta(2007), Jeju Smart Grid Pilot project(2009), Goyang Smart City Pilot project(2016) and Seoul Smart City Special Zone project(2018). Recently, he has been teaching and researching appropriate technology and smart city field at AIEES of Seoul National University.
Especially, he is interested in integrating citizen-led technology innovation and social acceptance, such as Design thinking and Living lab, into social economy such as inclusion and shared economy in connection with the fourth industrial revolution.
