약력
박노형은 1990년부터 고려대학교 법과대학의 교수로 재직해왔다. 현재 고려대 사이버법센터 소장과 국제사이버법연구회 회장으로 재임 중이다. 그는 고려대 법학전문대학원장(2011-2013), 국제공정무역학회장(2013-2014), 동해연구회장(2010-2014), 한국국제경제법학회 초대회장(2003-2006), 한국무역위원회 비상임위원(2004-2007)을 역임하였다. 정부기관들과 기업들에게 다양한 국제법 현안들에 대해 자문해왔다. 사이버안보, 데이터 프라이버시, 디지털 무역, 중재와 조정, 그리고 나고야 프로토콜을 주제로 중국, 유럽연합, 일본, 러시아, 미국의 학문기관들과 협력 연구를 추구해왔다. 고려대 법과대학(학사, 1981), 고려대 대학원(법학석사, 1983), 하버드 로스쿨(LL.M., 1985), 캠브리지 대학(국제법 박사, 1990)을 졸업하였다.
Nohyoung Park is a Professor of Law at Korea University School of Law since 1990. He is currently Director of Cyber Law Centre at Korea University, President of Korean Society of Mediation Studies, and President of International Cyber Law Studies in Korea. He served as Dean of Korea University School of Law (2011-2013), President of International Society of Fair Trade (2013-2014), President of Society for East Sea (2010-2014), Founding President of Korean Society of International Economic Law (2003-2006), and Commissioner of the Korea Trade Commission (2004-2007). He has advised governments and businesses on various international legal matters. He has pursued international research cooperation with various academic institutions in China, the EU, Japan, Russia and the US over cybersecurity, data privacy, digital trade, arbitration and mediation, and the Nagoya Protocol. He graduated from College of Law, Korea University (LL.B., 1981), Graduate School, Korea University (LL.M., 1983), Harvard Law School (LL.M., 1985), and University of Cambridge (Ph.D. in International Law, 1990).
