약력
김인회 교수는 1964년 한국의 부산 출신이고 현재 인천 소재 인하대학교 법학전문대학원 교수로서 형사소송법과 법조윤리를 강의하고 있다. 서울대학교 법학대학을 졸업하고 1993년 사법시험에 합격, 1996년부터 변호사로 활동했다. 민주사회를 위한 변호사 모임(MINBYUN-Lawyers for a Democratic Society)에서 수석사무차장, 사법위원회 위원장을 역임했다. 노무현 대통령 시절 청와대 시민사회비서관으로 재직하면서 과거사 정리 과제를 담당했다. 2003년 시작된 사법개혁에 참여하여 대법원 산하 사법개혁위원회, 대통령 자문 사법제도개혁위원회에서 활동했다. 저서로 '형사소송법(2018)', '사법개혁을 생각한다(2018), '문제는 검찰이다(2017)', '문재인 김인회의 검찰을 생각한다(2011)'(공저), 정의가 희망인 이유(2018)' 등이 있다.
Professor Kim was born in Busan, South Korea in 1964 and he is lecturing a criminal procedure law and legal ethics in Inha law school. He majored in law at Seoul National University and got a license to practice law in 1993 and started practicing law in 1996. He was a chief deputy secretary-general and a chairman of the judiciary committee in the Lawyers for a Democratic Society. While the late President Roh Moohyun was in office, he was appointed a secretary for civil society to deal with the problems of the past. He joined the judicial reform in 2003 and worked for the Judicial Reform Committee under the Supreme Court and the Presidential Advisory Committee for Judicial System Reform. He wrote “Criminal Procedure Law” (2018), “Thinking about Judicial Reform”(2018), “The Problem is the Prosecution”(2017), “Moon Jaein and Kim Inhoe think about the Prosecution”(2011) and “Why Justice is Hope”(2018).
