Recently we are facing big shifts in the peace buiding process and denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. Therefore the main question is how to prepare for the new era of inter-Korean exchanges and promote cooperation on the Korean peninsula. In this session, we will seek new paradigm for inter-Korean relations and find the way to build mutual cooperation between civil society and government. Moreover, we will search for desirable roles of various actors who are relevant in the sphere of inter- Korean exchanges. Also we will propose creative ways to form good governance for inter-Korean exchanges.
최근 우리는 한반도 비핵화와 평화체제 구축을 포함 한 한반도 대전환에 직면하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 남북교류의 시대를 준비하는 것은 우리의 주요 과제이다. 새로운 남북협력을 추동하는 방안의 모색도 중요 하다. 이 회의를 통해 우리는 남북관계의 새로운 패러다임의 모색과 아울러 시민사회와 당국 간의 협력방 안과 남북교류에 참여하는 다양한 주체들의 바람직한 역할을 모색할 것이다. 아울러 남북교류를 위한 성공 적인 거버넌스 형성을 위한 창의적인 대안을 제시할 것이다.
