This session aims to deal with the direction of national future strategy and the role of local government in overcoming financial crisis and creating new opportunities in this era in which the global environment is becoming increasingly complex.
In particular, it is significant that we attempt to discover a creative developmental strategy so as to boost Jeju’s global competitiveness, as well as reflect core values and direction of national future strategy by focusing on the advent of new government in Korea.
The session will stimulate meaningful dialogue among participants resulting in productive outcomes, thereby allowing us to rethink both national and local vision. This endeavor will eventually extend into the ultimate goal of Jeju Forum’s encouragement of ‘New Waves in Asia.’
세계환경의 복잡도가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 금융위기 극복과 새로운 기회를 창출하기 위한 국가미래전략 방향을 고찰하고 지방의 바람직한 역할 설정을 논의하고자 합니다. 특히 올해 출범한 정부의 미래전략 방향의 핵심과 가치를 조명하면서 제주가 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 창조적 발전전략을 모색하는데 의의가 있습니다.
이번 제주포럼의 ‘아시아의 새로운 물결’ 이니셔티브에 적극 동참하면서 새로운 국가비전과 지역의 역할론에 대해 심도있는 논의가 되는 기회를 만들고자 합니다.
