Biography

He majored in Physical Education at university, and after graduating, he worked with the Sports Marketing Team at Nike Sports Korea for 7 years and 6 months. As the head of the Sports Event Marketing Team, he organized a three-on-three street basketball competition and planned events for soccer, baseball, and aerobics. He also created gaming regulations for the World Cyber Games and served as the Marketing Director for the company that organized the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup and the Asian Games. Subsequently, he became a professor at the university, where he conducted various projects and government initiatives related to the sports industry. He has served as the president of the Korean Sports Association, the chairman of the Sports Industry Association, and the chairman of the Descente Sports Foundation. Currently, he is actively involved as the Director of External Cooperation at Kyung Hee University. His published works include topics on Sports ESG and Values, Sports Marketing, and Sports Event Planning.
